She is the Founder & Lead Training Consultant of PTS Africa, a boutique training & consultancy firm dedicated to the development of people. PTS Africa is a Six Seconds Preferred Partner.

Six Seconds is a Not For Profit Organisation whose primary focus is to support people to create positive change. Through 20 years of global experience and extensive research, Six Seconds has shown that the scientifically-based skills of emotional intelligence (EQ) are essential to successfully navigate life & thrive.

PTS Africa uses its expertise in EQ as a foundation to assist individuals, teams & organisations to successfully navigate change, adopt a positive organisational culture and drive sustainable performance.

Mucha has a Masters in Organisational Psychology with the University of London and has over 10 years’ experience in training & curriculum development. Mucha is a Certified Trainer of Trainers. She is also a licenced Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Practitioner.

Mucha is an active member of the Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT), an organisation committed to promote the advancement of women in international trade. Having previously served as President of the Nairobi Chapter (2018/19), Mucha is the current Board Advisor (2020/21).
